Study Programme

DTU Compute's teaching is based on our core research areas: mathematics, statistics, computer science and engineering.

A number of DTU Compute’s initial courses in mathematics, statistics and programming are included in several of DTU's programmes. We also educate researchers in our PhD programme and offer continuing education, open lectures, summer schools, and summer courses. Students at DTU Compute often work with projects that are interdisciplinary or made in cooperation with external partners such as companies or organisations.

Double degrees

At DTU Compute we offer an Erasmus Mundus Joint Double Degree Master's programme in Security and Cloud Computing (SECCLO) and a Dual Degree Master of Science Programme in Computer Science and Engineering in collaboration with Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

Specialist programmes

We also offer two specialist programmes, where students build up interdisciplinary competencies within either Cybersecurity or Data Science (Big Data). Students fulfilling the rules and requirements for the programme, will receive a separate certificate showing that they have obtained competencies within the specialisation.
